What skills were you looking to develop before starting the Strategic Management Course?
- To learn how to write down a long-term business action plan for the company.
- Create an action plan using a Business Canvas model planner and how to involve team members.
- Communicate to the team for ideas and ownership, to input changes long-term to benefit the team and company.
- Monitor actions and set deadlines.

The course helped me to think long-term and plan for me to move into the CEO role and work less. The hands-on one-to-one discussions with Ray, helped me to identify how, why and when I should be putting actions into place.
