South Yorkshire’s leading apprenticeship training provider, Whyy? Change, have appointed Greg Grabski as their new Head of Lean & Six Sigma. Greg will be responsible for leading all Lean & Six Sigma Training and Continuous Improvement Apprenticeships.
Greg is Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt and brings over 17 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, operations, project management to the team, having previously held project and operational management roles.
Most notably, he was the plant manager for Hydro Components and is currently studying towards his CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership.
On joining, Whyy? Change Greg shared:

It’s an exciting role to which I’m looking forward to supporting businesses across South Yorkshire and developing Lean & Six Sigma practitioners of the future through the 5-star apprenticeship training.”

Greg’s appointment sees Whyy? Change make two new additions to the team, with Danny Winterbottom joining as their Business Growth Executive. Danny will be responsible for building business relationships with organisations across South Yorkshire.
