Level 4 Associate project manager
Qualification -Project Fundamentals Qualification (CAPM)
Duration – 15 months (12 months on-programme plus 3 months in end-point assessment)

Whyy? – The broad purpose of the occupation is to contribute to the successful delivery of a project, ensuring its scope and benefits are achieved as planned. They do this primarily by identifying, resourcing, scheduling, and monitoring the activities that need to happen in a certain sequence and timescale.

Level 4 Process Leader
Qualification – Level 4 Process Leader
Duration – 18 months
plus 5 months in end-point assessment

Duration – 12-14 months to complete and be followed by an independent assessment

GREEN4
Qualification – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate
Duration – 12 – 14 months + final assessment to be completed.
Who? – Anyone and everyone
Whyy? – To understand and apply the fundamentals and lead the mindset changes needed to resolve business problems you face every day.

Level 3 Business Administrator
Qualification – Level 3 Business Administrator
Duration – 14-15 months on programme; 3 months EPA

For apprentices, it provides the opportunity to build confidence and develop essential workplace skills in addition to gaining a nationally recognized qualification.

Level 5 Improvement specialist
Qualification – Black belt, Lean and six sigma
Duration – 17 months
This does not include assessment period
