certificate.

Duration – 12 – 14 months.

Who? – Aspiring or recently promoted managers and supervisors.

Whyy? – Utilising 20% off the job development time, enabling you to apply the new knowledge and behaviours in a practical setting to achieve defined business outcomes.

Qualification – CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership and Institute for Apprenticeships Operations / Departmental Manager apprenticeship standard certificate.

Duration – 16-18 months.

LEAD7+

Qualification – CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice, Lean6 Yellow Belt certificate and Institute for Apprenticeships Senior Leader apprenticeship certificate.

Duration – 18 months.

Who? – Senior managers who hold strategic leadership responsibilities or have been identified as a future leader.

COACH3

Qualification – CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring

Qualification – CMI Level 5 Management Coaching and Mentoring

Duration – 3-12 months.

Who? – For practicing middle managers who coach management teams and senior individuals.
