23rd April – FREE Lean Workshop

You will be introduced to LEAN and the principles that helps business create profitable growth and remove waste from any business process in any office or industrial setting.

This workshop is aimed at those leaders who want their business to reach its’ goals in 2018, and are open to new ideas.

25/26th April – Lean & Six Sigma Yellow Belt 

To achieve excellence, you need a change in mind-set, which in turns relies on having a proven strategy. Our operational excellence programme is built on Lean & Six Sigma.

Our Lean & Six Sigma programme is accredited by the Royal Statistical Society (RSS), and accredited to ISO BS 18404:2015. This is the first truly independent and international recognised set of qualifications that looks to certify only the best and most capable candidates.

17/05/2018 Fundamentals of Project Management (With SCC) 

This course introduces you to the essential skills and processes which support successful project management in a way that allows you to apply them to your own context. You will learn the phases of a project, plan and manage key activities and events in projects and most of all apply your new knowledge to the ‘Eiffel Tower Challenge’.

This course is aimed at those that already or likely to become involved in projects. No prior knowledge is needed, but you must have an interest in the topic.
